Cancellation Policy
A refund will be given for cancellations requested 60 days prior to the event, less $100 of the deposit. Refunds cannot be given after this date or for no-shows on the day of the event. Registered participants who cannot attend, may send a substitute with prior notification, or may transfer their deposit to a future event within a 12-month period, if requested in writing 30 days before the event. A $75 transfer fee will be applied.
