The Mentorship Experience is for advanced Facilitators ready to learn by leading. This 10-day leadership training is designed to strengthen Leadership and Facilitation skills by mentoring others through the Week-Long training process.
A major focus of the Mentorship Experience is the leadership training which begins with a 3-day Leadership Forum. Mentors will experience process oriented activities designed to develop group process skills, communication strategies and leadership techniques. Building a cohesive mentor team provides the first step toward building our rhythm community during the level1 Intensive trainings.
The Mentorship Experience reinforces community service values while developing breadth and depth in facilitation practice. Both challenging and rewarding, advanced Facilitators will stretch the boundaries of their DCF practice, leadership and community building skills.
