Cancellation Policy
A refund will be given for cancellations requested 60 days prior to the event, less $75 of the deposit. Refunds can not be given after this date or for no-shows on the day of the event. Registered participants who can not attend may send a substitute with prior notification or may transfer their deposit to a future event within a 12 month period if requested in writing 30 days before the event. A $75 transfer fee will be applied.
