Use rhythm to facilitate your community to its highest potential
Facilitators from around the world gather on the North Shore of Oahu each summer. Upon arriving at camp, barriers dissolve, hearts open and individuals begin to transform into a supportive learning community. The Drum Circle becomes the metaphor and rhythm the catalyst that facilitates our process as we aspire to develop skills as Learners, Facilitators and Mentors. Through structured activities, repetitive practice and process-communication; Drum Circle Facilitators emerge and grow, as community builds. Empowered and inspired Facilitators return home, and through their own Drum Circle practice, they spread the joy and the unity found in community building through rhythm. Discover more...
