7-9 pm  Evening Mentors' program
Monday August 9
Level 1 Intensive
1-2 pm  Welcoming Drum Circle
2-3 pm  Drumming & Orientation
3 pm     Bus Leaves for camp
4 pm     Camp Arrival & Orientation
6 pm     Dinner at Camp Mokuleia
7-9 pm  Evening DCF program

August 15
Departure Day
8-9 am   Breakfast
11 am    Bus leaves for Airport & Waikiki
Stay in Honolulu for a night or two of drumming fun with new friends!

Arrival Information
Monday August 9
For those of you arriving on Monday August 9th schedule your flight to arrive in Honolulu by 2pm or earlier. You will pick up your baggage at the airport and take a taxi to the Keehi Lagoon Park. The park is less than 1 mile from the airport. VMC will be at the park at 1pm to greet you. The bus will leave for camp at 3pm sharp. If you miss the bus for any reason you will need to phone us and take a taxi to camp. We recommend you consider arriving a day or two early, particularly if you will be encountering time changes. VMC will help you to connect with other Facilitators' who are arriving early.

Departure Information
Sunday August 15
Schedule your flight departure time no earlier than 2:00 pm on Sunday August 15th.The bus will depart from camp promptly at 11 am on Sunday August 15th. It will make one stop at the airport and one stop in Waikiki. Many Facilitators' will stay a day or two longer in Honolulu.You may want to add an extra few days onto your travel schedule for fun in Waikiki with your new friends. 

Program Information
For The Mentors' Experience and Level 1 Intensive Trainings Village Music Circles offers Facilitators a dynamic high powered community building experience. Participants should come prepared to work hard, play hard and have fun learning with an international community of facilitators.

9am-12   DCF training
12-1:30  lunch
1:30-3    DCF training
3-4         break
4-6         DCF training
6-7:30    dinner
